BRIGHT TV Stars!
There are a couple of dates in August when you’ll want to near your TV to see some BRIGHT guests!
On August 9 at 10 a.m., Deanna Behnke-Cook will appear on Cable 14 to talk about why she loves the BRIGHT Run.
Then on August 12, tune in to CH Morning Live at 7.20 a.m. to see Event Chair Nancy McMillan explain why the BRIGHT Run is so important to all of us!
For the second year in a row, Hamilton’s Greek Fest has pivoted due to Covid-19, and BRIGHT team Panagia’s Angels will be there!
Greek Fest traditionally includes music, dance, fun and…FOOD! To keep everyone safe, organizers created Greek Fest Express…Take it and Go, a terrific food-only experience. Thank goodness we won’t miss our fix of gyros and baklava!
The event takes place August 14 and 15 from noon to 8 p.m. each day, selling authentic Greek food to take home.
Soula and Anna Karambelas, co-captains of Panagia’s Angels, will be with team members there as always, with a BRIGHT Run info and registration booth, so make sure you drop by.
Greek Fest Express takes place beside Panagia Greek Orthodox Church on East 15th Street at Avenue East Brucedale on Hamilton Mountain.
