The opening and closing ceremonies at a virtual BRIGHT Run take place in a completely different atmosphere from that of an in-person event day.
Only a handful of people are in the Soundbox studio on the morning of event day. And it’s eerily quiet.
Quite a contrast to Dundas Valley Conservation Area, where more than 1,000 people mill around in front of the stage as a couple of dozen dignitaries and volunteers try to get their acts together behind the stage!
