Hey, event day volunteers! We’re counting on seeing you at volunteer orientation, coming up on Tuesday, August 27!
Don’t miss this important opportunity to get all the info you need for Sept. 7.
You’ll meet other volunteers, find out where you’re posted on event day and get a thorough rundown of your duties. Best of all, you’ll meet other volunteers who are just as keen as you are to have a fun and successful event day!
We’ll make sure you’re properly registered and equipped with your T-shirt and lanyard. And you’ll receive this year’s volunteer pin, designed especially for you!
Volunteer orientation takes place at St. Mary’s Parish Community Hall from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. on August 27.
The hall’s accessible parking is accessed off Mulberry St. and there is also plenty of parking in the lots off Sheaffe St. Please note that street parking is by permit only.
