Navneet Sharma and her fantastic team of Cancer Warrior volunteers are getting ready for the 5th annual Diwali gala, Celebrate Life with Lights.
The live event was planned for last December, but renewed COVID-19 concerns saw it cancelled.
The evening promises to be one of fun, food, dance, music and games, with proceeds going to BRIGHT Run.
Diwali is the Hindu celebration of light and for breast cancer survivor Navneet, the fundraising gala is a highlight of the year.
Celebrate Life with Lights takes place in person on Friday, Nov. 11, starting at 6.30 pm, at the Canadian Convention Centre, 79 Bramsteele Road in Brampton.
