Next up: The Women’s World Championship
A lot of BRIGHT folks got hooked on women’s hockey when Olympic gold medalist Laura Fortino joined us as an ambassador and we continue to be captivated watching Sarah Nurse, our second hockey ambassador, take to the ice!
Sarah and our national team are at it again this month at the International Ice Hockey Federation’s (IIHF) Women’s World Championship.
The tournament takes place at the CAA Centre in Brampton from April 5-16, with Canada’s National Women’s team taking on the world’s best women’s hockey teams in the fight for Canada’s third-straight gold medal.
Tickets are scarce, but TSN will broadcast all 31 games.
